Janet Lear, Owner & Qualifying Broker

Janet first became a real estate broker in 2006. Her professional experience is broad based and Janet is equally at home working as a buyer's agent, listing agent or property manager.

Janet is also a long-time member of the faculty at the University of New Mexico's School of Education.

Says Janet: "My professional passions are real estate and education. As a Realtor®, I will help you to make educated decisions, keep you consistently informed, and make sure that you receive the best deal for your real estate transaction."

Janet's husband, Rick, is a professor of mathematics and education, at the University of New Mexico. Daughter, Olivia, was born in 1986 and recently graduated from UNM. Son, Jordan, was born in 1992 and currently attends UNM. Daughter, Sophia, was born in 1994 and is a student at La Cueva High School. For several years now, Janet and her family have enjoyed a happy home in the High Desert neighborhood (in Albuquerque's northern foothills).
