HOW?

When we work for a Buyer, we're paid from the Seller's proceeds, even tho our duties & loyalties are totally to our Buyer. So: say the Seller pays us 3% on a $100,000 house - then our Buyer will gross $600.00 from our commission! Naturally, the dollars go up or down depending on the sale price and our commission. But there are NO minimums or maximums - all homes bought through this special program are eligible.
