We'll pay you on the same day your Client signs the Lease!

When licensed real estate Brokers bring us their Clients and Referrals, they will receive a 2% commission on the gross value of the Lease. And that commission gets paid, plus GRT, on the same day of an executed Lease Agreement! (Must be new Tenant & 12 month or longer Lease.)

What happens if you Lease your own space from us?

In that case, you wouldn't be eligible for the 2% commission, BUT we will give you a five percent (5%) discount on your rental rate—and that's in addition to your first month's rent free!
